Kathy is truly incredible! She planned our wedding in Los Barriles, Baja, and it was beyond anything we could have imagined. She made the entire process so easy and enjoyable, handling all the stressful details so we could focus on the fun parts of wedding planning.
Choosing things like flowers, food, and décor was effortless—Kathy made it so simple. I sent her a photo of the bouquet I wanted, and she delivered an exact match! Her deep knowledge of the area and her connections with local businesses were such a huge advantage. Having lived in Los Barriles for over 30 years, Kathy has built amazing relationships, and her team of local Mexican women were the sweetest, hardest-working crew you could ask for. They made everything come together so seamlessly, and their dedication and warmth added such a special touch to the day.
The beachfront venue she secured was absolutely stunning, and every detail of the day was perfect. From the delicious taco bar to the incredible band and DJ, to the handmade tres leches cake, everything was flawless. The bonfire on the beach at the end of the night was the cherry on top and made for such a magical ending.
Our guests were blown away and kept talking about how much fun they had. Kathy’s expertise, creativity, and personal touch made our wedding a day we’ll never forget. If you’re dreaming of a perfect, stress-free wedding, Kathy is the planner you need. She made our vision come to life, and we couldn’t be more grateful!

Kathy was our wedding coordinator in 2009 and everything was absolutely beautiful and flawless. She handled every single detail from the big stuff like catering to the more minute details like the flower petals my daughter carried in her basket. All of our guests said it was the best wedding ever. 15 years layered we just had a vow renewal - also in Los Barriles but in a different location. Once again, Kathy made everything beautiful, flawless, and simple and easy for us. Both times we just showed up and had the best party. Not only is Kathy a superb party planner and wedding coordinator, but she is also kind and warm and becomes a friend during the process. Kathy is a “must” for your wedding coordinating and party planning!

We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary with our family and used Kathy's services to cater our small dinner for 16 people. Lupy served us fabulous food and and it was perfection from start to finish. They arrived on time, set up the bar, set the tables, served appies , dinner and dessert, and were professional from the start. Super friendly and everything was cleaned up spotlessly when they left. We would definitely recommend them!

My husband and I had our 40th anniversary party with kathy and her amazing crew. It was fabulous from beginning to end. First the killer cocktails with the view of the Sea of Cortez, accompanied by authentic Mexican snacks. Then as the sun faded, a full on Mexican dinner on the patio with the same view!
